About This Course

  • To provide a deeper understanding of the political world by teaching major concepts, theoretical perspectives and approaches, and historical and contemporary debates in the discipline of political science and its subfield.

  • To sharpen political awareness and analytical thinking of the students by revealing the interdependence of multiple political, economic, and social issues and problems.

  • To introduce socially informed knowledge that assist marginalised communities in their social and political upliftment.

Programme Outcomes

  • Students will be acquainted with diverse intellectual philosophies, traditions, cultural values, and beliefs that underpin political behavior of diverse societies and instiutions in the world.
