Tetso Student Council
The Tetso Student Council is a key representative body within the college, consisting of elected members from each of the 14 departments. Each department appoints two representatives: a Department Representative (DR) and an Assistant Department Representative (ADR). The council is led by five executive members—President, Vice President, General Secretary, Assistant General Secretary, and Finance Secretary—who oversee the council’s initiatives. Additionally, faculty advisors play a crucial role in offering guidance and ensuring that the council’s activities align with the college’s core values and institutional goals.
Institution’s Innovation Cell (IIC)

The Institution’s Innovation Cell (IIC), established by the Ministry of Education (MIC), is a key initiative aimed at fostering innovation and entrepreneurship within higher education institutions. Its primary objective is to inspire, nurture, and support students and faculty in generating innovative ideas, transforming them into prototypes, and cultivating a startup ecosystem. At Tetso College, the IIC, established in 2021, plays a pivotal role in promoting innovation through various activities, workshops, and competitions designed to enhance entrepreneurial skills. By encouraging creative thinking and empowering students to bring their ideas to life, the IIC significantly contributes to building a vibrant local innovation ecosystem and advancing the nation's innovation agenda.

Nature Club

Nature Club revolves around fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of nature while promoting environmental conservation and sustainability. The general aim is to promote environmental awareness, educate members and the community about local ecosystems, wildlife, and conservation issues, and often engage in practical activities like tree planting, wildlife monitoring, clean-up drives, and organizing nature walks or hikes.

Evangelical Union

The Evangelical Union of India (UECF/UESI) is a Christian organization in India that primarily focuses on evangelical efforts and the nurturing of Christian faith among university and college students. The Evangelical Union, Tetso college conducts various activities such as Bible studies, prayer meetings, discipleship programs, retreats, camps, and evangelistic outreaches. These activities are designed to engage students intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually. The union also collaborates with churches, Christian organizations, and individuals who share similar evangelical beliefs and goals.

Student Christian Movement of India (SCMI)

The primary mission of SCMI is to nurture Christian faith among students and empower them to integrate their faith with social concerns and activism. Its objectives include promoting spiritual growth, engaging in social justice initiatives, fostering interfaith dialogue, and advocating for peace and human rights. SCMI organizes a wide range of activities such as Bible studies, theological reflections, seminars, workshops, advocacy campaigns, community service projects, and cultural exchanges. SCMI collaborates with churches, Christian organizations, educational institutions, and social movements that share its commitment to faith, justice, and social transformation.

NSS & RRC

National Service Scheme (NSS) is a central sponsored scheme under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India. NSS is a community of young driven youth where service meets leadership and inspiration. The mission of NSS is to foster a spirit of volunteerism and civic responsibility among students, empowering them to make a positive impact on society. Through various outreach programs, awareness campaigns, and hands-on projects, real-world challenges are tackled to bring forth a meaningful change. Tetso NSS volunteers have played a monumental part in maintaining Swachatta on campus and has been the voice for maintaining waste segregation. Red Ribbon Club (RRC) Programme is a comprehensive promotional and preventive intervention to harness the potential of youth in educational institution, specifically to mainstream HIV & AIDS prevention, care & support and treatment and stigma reduction. In addition to organising numerous workshops to address these burning issues, the RRC has been a staunch advocate in addressing the magnanimous importance of Blood Donation and has conducted numerous Blood Donation Drives on campus and has been fervently responding to blood donation requests.
