About The Event

Purpose of the Event:

The Dimapur Career Fair 2026 is a recruitment and career networking event designed to connect employers with aspiring graduates, postgraduates, and young professionals. The event aims to create meaningful employment opportunities while strengthening industry-academia collaboration.

Target Participants:

• Fresh graduates
• Postgraduates
• Young professionals
• Students from disciplines such as Business Administration, Commerce, Arts, Linguistics, and related fields

• Interaction with recruiters from multiple organizations
• On-the-spot interviews and candidate shortlisting
• Resume review and career guidance opportunities
• Networking with industry professionals and peers
• Employer branding and recruitment opportunities for participating organizations
• Participants are encouraged to bring multiple printed copies of their resumes for interviews and recruitment activities
• Study abroad consultation and higher education opportunities
• Information on scholarships, universities, and postgraduate programs

For Participating Organizations:

• Meet pre-registered candidates
• Conduct interviews and recruitment activities
• Access candidates from multiple academic programs
• Build professional connections within the academic community

Participation & Contribution:

Participation in the career fair is free for all job seekers and participating organizations. Organizations wishing to support the initiative may make voluntary contributions towards the successful conduct of the event.

Please note that participation slots for organizations are limited and will be allocated on a first-confirmed basis.
