Tetso College, in collaboration with ActionCOACH, organised the BusinessRICH workshop themed “Build a Business That Works Without You” at the college campus in Dimapur on September 12.

The workshop, held for the first time in Dimapur, brought together entrepreneurs, business leaders and aspiring business owners from across Nagaland. The one-day programme focused on practical aspects of business growth, profitability, sales, financial management, business systems and team development.

The workshop was led by L Niranjan Singh, CEO and Head Coach of ActionCOACH North East India. Singh is the Founder and Managing Director of JCRE Group and a Certified Business Coach with ActionCOACH, USA. With over two decades of professional experience, his areas of work include entrepreneurship, skill development, retail, higher education and business development.

The sessions focused on practical tools and frameworks to help business owners develop sustainable and profitable enterprises. Participants also engaged in discussions on effective business systems, team building and strategic approaches to business growth. The workshop provided a platform for interaction and networking among entrepreneurs and business leaders from Nagaland, facilitating the exchange of experiences and perspectives on entrepreneurship and business development.

ActionCOACH, founded in 1993, is a global business coaching organisation operating in more than 100 countries. It supports business owners through coaching, business education, strategic planning and structured accountability.

According to the organisers, the collaboration between Tetso College and ActionCOACH is aimed at strengthening industry-academia engagement and promoting entrepreneurship and business learning in Nagaland.

The initiative seeks to provide entrepreneurs and business owners in the state with greater access to contemporary business practices, practical learning and strategies for sustainable growth. The first BusinessRICH workshop in Dimapur was described as a step towards creating more opportunities for knowledge-sharing, professional development and entrepreneurial networking in the state.
